"Extremely poor service. Paid back home loan more than 3.5 months back. They misplaced partial property documents. Every time i visit, they have standard response that they are not getting response from their backend. Last week Mr Hitesh - Branch Manager categorically told me that they cannot give back my property documents and further asked to visit their backend branch. Surprisingly, their back end personnel do not respond. Too poor service. If they cannot handle loan closure issues, this branch should stop entertaining loan closure cases. They seem to be interested in attending new customers only. Any issue comes up, even if the mistake is on part of ICICI, they step back. Be cautious while visiting this branch. The branch manager cannot take lead to sort issues when subordinates cannot get appropriate response from internal team."
